CASPER, Wyo. — Snow plow crews are working to clear Wyoming Highway 130, known as Snowy Range Road, and Wyoming Highway 70. Both highways are on track to open by Memorial Day weekend, according to WYDOT. In the meantime, the highways remain closed. “Please do NOT drive through road closure gates,” WYDOT says. “There’s still a lot of snow, driving on the closed areas is a safety concern.”
